Lead, coach, and motivate a regional residential sales team focused on homeowner acquisition and retention
Manage and optimize lead follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates and sales productivity
Develop clear sales processes, metrics, and accountability standards to ensure consistent execution
Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless handoff from lead generation to service delivery
Analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities for performance improvement
Maintain a culture of service excellence and consultative selling throughout the sales organization
Utilize established CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot) in order to execute all
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of residential sales experience, including team leadership or management
Proven success managing homeowner-focused sales and high-volume lead follow-up
Strong coaching and motivational skills with a focus on accountability and results
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
Experience using CRM tools and analytics to track performance and optimize results
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
