Sr. QA Analyst (AI-Driven Testing & Automation)

They are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to test high-load enterprise applications using AI-powered testing tools, ensuring quality and speed across various technologies. The role involves collaboration with developers, defining QA processes, and leading testing efforts for software releases.
Responsibilities
6-10 years of experience as a QA Analyst working with Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plans, Visual Studio, BowserStack, Selenium, and modern AI testing platforms
Hands-on experience with a broad range of testing, performance, and diagnostics tools, including Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, JMeter, logging, and tracing
Hands-on experience with traditional and AI-powered testing tools, including AI-based testing solutions such as Applitools, TestRigor, TestSprite, Leapwork, and Testers.AI
Expertise in visual AI testing using tools like Applitools to ensure UI consistency, cross-browser accuracy, and high-quality user experiences
Experience with AI-driven test automation platforms such as TestRigor, TestSprite AI testing agent, and Leapwork codeless automation
Ability to leverage platforms like ai to generate functional test cases and execute automated checks for functionality, usability, security, and performance
Strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium), including AI-assisted test generation, self-healing tests, and intelligent regression testing
Collaborate closely with developers on unit testing, testability improvements, and AI-supported defect detection
Define and continuously improve QA processes, including in-sprint testing, UAT planning, scheduling, and AI-based risk and coverage analysis
Partner with product leaders to prepare and execute effective test cases, leveraging AI insights to prioritize high-risk areas
Train QA, product, and development teams on Azure DevOps, testing best practices, and AI-enabled testing methodologies
Track defects in Azure DevOps, conduct daily bug triage, and use AI tools to identify trends and root causes
Lead post-deployment UAT, ensuring all functional, performance, and AI-identified risk testing is completed
Plan and manage testing resources for each release, balancing manual, automation, and AI testing efforts
Participate in daily SCRUM ceremonies with multiple offshore development teams
Act as Lead QA Analyst across all software development projects, owning test strategy and execution for all releases
Respond quickly and effectively to production issues, including release validation, hotfix testing, and rollbacks
Experience with source control systems such as Azure DevOps Repos and Git
Experience with release management and automated deployments using Azure DevOps Pipelines
Excellent technical writing skills, responsible for QA documentation, AI testing standards, and training materials
Dependable, full-time availability; thrives in a casual, collaborative environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey testing results and recommendations to stakeholders
Thorough attention to detail to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accurate defect reporting
Detail-oriented, analytical, creative, and a strong team player
Reports to the VP of Tech and Software Development
