Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Assisting customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues
Resolving problems using department tools, resources, and expertise, partnering with stores/field teams as needed
Acting as a positive role model and supporting department and company objectives
Ensuring productivity, revenue generation, and quality standards are met
Handling a high volume of incoming/outgoing calls (40–60 incoming, 10–20 outgoing per day), emails (1–5 per day), and text messages (20–30 per day)
Providing courteous and professional communication at all times
Creating win-win resolutions to customer problems
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or G.E.D. minimum
Strong computer skills and ability to handle high call volume
Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
Outgoing, people-oriented personality for incoming/outgoing calls
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Experience in customer service or optical is desirable
Experience with Excel (creating sheets, formulas) and DVI software is a plus
