Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche MedTech/Engineering communities
Specialized Sourcing: Build talent maps for niche R&D roles, including Software Engineers Senior Firmware Engineers, Data Scientists
Initial Vetting: Conduct high-volume, initial screens to assess technical baseline, motivation, and cultural alignment with Ceribell’s mission
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the Senior Recruiter to refine search strings, analyze market data, and adjust strategies based on real-time feedback
ATS Management: Maintain impeccable data integrity within Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless handoff to recruiters and a world-class candidate experience

Qualification

Technical sourcingBoolean logicLinkedIn RecruiterGreenhouse ATSMedTech experienceCultural alignmentCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
Deep understanding of the 'tech stack', and can speak the language of Engineers
Mastery of Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outbound outreach that yields high response rates

Preferred

Familiarity with hardware/software co-design environments
Experience using Greenhouse ATS
Previous experience in MedTech, Medical Device, or Life Sciences is a major plus
