Qualification
Required
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Proven skills in Sales and Insurance with a strong ability to close deals and offer tailored solutions
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with strong time management and organizational skills
Motivation to excel in a sales-driven environment while maintaining client satisfaction
Preferred
Experience in Training others or mentoring peers is a plus
State insurance license or ability to obtain the required licensing is preferred
