Delivering an exceptional in-branch customer service experience by proactively engaging with customers to identify needs
Demonstrating digital banking options
Fulfilling customers’ day-to-day transactional needs
Advising customers on the full range of financial products and services available to suit their financial needs

Required

Excellent customer service and communication skills and be pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers
Must be willing to travel to various Hawaii Island Branches
Must be available for the following work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to any of our various Hawaii island branches based on our changing business needs

Preferred

Previous sales experience highly desirable
One year of cash handling and customer service experience highly desirable
