Responsibilities
Perform light to heavy automotive body repairs on different types of surfaces
Repair fiberglass fenders and hoods using a two-part epoxy
Pull metal and fill with fiberglass as needed
Disassemble and reassemble semi-truck body parts
Prep panels for primer and paint
Perform auto body repairs to OEM standards
Prime and tape trucks for paint application
Paint semi-trucks using a single-stage or base/clear coat application
Dispose of waste properly per OSHA/EH&S standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive body repair and painting
Expertise in working with various surfaces, including fiberglass and metal
Ability to perform light to heavy repairs efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous experience as a Body Shop Repair person and automotive Painter or Paint Prepper
Experience working with metals, including aluminum
Ability to straighten sheet metal
Previous welding experience
Frame machine and welding experience
Ability to lift heavy objects (20 – 75 lbs)
