Senior Accountant II

They are seeking a Senior Accountant II responsible for managing State and Federal Contract and Grant billing and reporting, ensuring accurate account reconciliations and assisting with audits and financial requests.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly contract/grant invoices for assigned contracts and grants
Verify expenses are budgeted and all backup documentation attached
Analyze and prepare account reconciliations and journal entries for assigned accounts
Perform technical accounting research as requested
Complete Fiscal Audits on assigned contracts and grants
Assist with annual Insurance renewal applications and ongoing requests for Certificates of Insurance
Assist with annual indirect cost proposal
Assist Sr. Director of Finance and Sr. Vice President of Finance with special requests as needed
