Duly Health and Care is seeking a Category Manager for Indirect Procurement to execute commercial go-to-market strategies across multiple indirect spend categories. Responsibilities

Owns full execution of commercial go-to-market strategy and approach for specific indirect spend categories, including, but not limited to, RFPs, RFQs and RFIs

Proactively seeks out opportunities to drive additional value through best in class sourcing practices

Actively seeks ways to streamline operations, and quickly get up to speed on industry and supplier landscapes over indirect spend categories

Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders, including those in executive positions, to gain alignment on sourcing recommendations

Develops business cases and financial models to communicate and influence best path forward

Drives key supplier business reviews and develops supplier scorecard to objectively drive alignment where needed

Results focused, and able to articulate value delivered to date and pipeline of value when asked

Maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management database for your respective categories

Support training and compliance of Duly’s procurement policies and procedures

Required

Bachelor's degree required

4+ years of strategic sourcing experience in the indirect spend required

Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including the seven steps of procurement, with a demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders

Proven experience leading negotiations for large-scale, high-spend contracts and developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting recommendations, analyses, and results to executive leadership

Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding cost-savings targets and financial performance goals

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas (e.g., SUM)

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience creating executive-level presentations
