Sach Foods is one of the fastest-growing Indian-inspired food brands in the U.S., and they are seeking a Senior Manager / Director of Operations to lead their operations team. This role involves managing end-to-end operations, including sourcing, commercialization of new product lines, and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

End-to-end operations: sourcing → co-packers → national distribution

Commercialization of new product lines (including snacks)

Club execution (Costco experience required)

Operations P&L ownership: costs, margins, forecasting

Manage multiple co-packers (3+) and a national 3PL

Lead supplier and co-packer negotiations

Build planning, forecasting, inventory, and automation systems. airtable experience highly preferred

Be a strong visual planner — create clear plans, timelines, and dashboards

Communicate plans and priorities clearly across internal teams and external partners

Own compliance of SQF / BRC / GFSI audits

Lead, develop, and scale an operations team

Travel to co-packers and suppliers as needed
