Complex Director of Revenue Management - Conrad Indianapolis and Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead
Conrad Indianapolis and Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead are seeking a Complex Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy for their luxury hotels. The role involves driving pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies while ensuring an effective balance between demand and availability to enhance guest service and profitability.
Hospitality
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls including, but not limited to, room accommodation and rate inventory controls, roll-in controls, group inventory and cut-off dates, implementation of blackout dates, maintaining demand information and managing sellout strategies in partnership with Front Office
Serve as primary liaison with Front Office, Sales and Marketing and Reservation to maximize inventory and profitability
Develop, monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategies
Conduct competitive and demand analyses and provides critical analysis of chosen strategies, room statistics and general demand factors to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability
Conduct forecasting, review all competitive shops, review demand, convention and city event calendars, maintain data on competitor products and maintain historical data on events and performance
Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
Recruit, interview and train team members
Manage the department and participate in and facilitate meetings
Qualification
Required
Experience in revenue management or related field
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
Experience in managing team performance and development
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to conduct competitive and demand analyses
Experience in forecasting and pricing strategies
Preferred
Experience in luxury hotel revenue management
Familiarity with the hospitality industry
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
Experience with hotel inventory management systems
