Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple customer software implementation programs from kickoff through go-live
Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines to ensure programs stay on schedule
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase
Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams, including implementation, product, and support
Proactively follow up on action items, risks, and dependencies to prevent delays
Provide clear status updates and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships
Maintain accurate program documentation, time tracking, and status reports to support billing and reporting
Support internal program meetings, scoping discussions, and follow-up activities
Use and maintain project and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Notion, Jira, Asana)
Assist with resource tracking and allocation across active programs
Identify opportunities to improve coordination, documentation, and workflow efficiency
Support ad hoc operational and program-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in program/project coordination, implementation, or client-facing delivery
Experience working in a SaaS, software, or technology-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with remote teams across multiple time zones
Proficiency with project management or collaboration tools
Preferred
Experience supporting software implementations or professional services projects
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS delivery models
Experience in a fast-growing environment where roles evolve over time
