Responsibilities
Front End invoice support
Input/Process Utility invoice types - research related account statements/notices
Input/Process PO/Non-PO invoices/Credit Memos
Actively manage assigned Customer Service Ticket Requests
Research and reconcile Vendor Statements and Late Notices, as required
E-Payable audits (Pcard/I-Expense)
Special projects, as assigned
Qualification
Required
High level of accuracy in Accounts Payable processing
Efficiency in routine Accounts Payable processing
Customer service skills in handling Accounts Payable activities
Ability to perform duties in compliance with department policies and procedures
Experience with Front End invoice support
Ability to input/process Utility invoice types and research related account statements/notices
Experience in inputting/processing PO/Non-PO invoices and Credit Memos
Ability to actively manage assigned Customer Service Ticket Requests
Experience in researching and reconciling Vendor Statements and Late Notices
Ability to conduct E-Payable audits (Pcard/I-Expense)
Willingness to participate in special projects as assigned
