Cyber Security Instructor
New York University Tandon School of Engineering's K12 STEM Education Center is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of engineers, scientists, and technologists. They are seeking a Cybersecurity Instructor to design and deliver courses on cybersecurity topics for K-12 students, focusing on hands-on training and engaging learning materials.

Responsibilities
Designing and delivering courses on cybersecurity topics as part of the CS4CS program
Conducting hands-on training sessions
Creating engaging learning materials for K-12 students
Teaching foundational to intermediate concepts in network security, application security, and cyber defense
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals including network security, application security, and information security principles
Ability to break down complex security concepts for younger audiences
Experience with hands-on security tools and techniques (e.g., Wireshark, basic penetration testing, CTF challenges)
Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse learning styles
Pursuing or holding a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
Passion for educating and inspiring young people in the field of cybersecurity
Preferred
Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring is a plus
