Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
10+ years of progressive executive finance experience, including leadership roles in complex nonprofit environments
Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, and grant management
A proven ability to lead with integrity, stewardship, and vision
Skilled at turning financial data into actionable strategies
