Responsibilities
Manage and convert all internet leads (OEM, third-party, website)
Desk deals and structure payments accurately
Submit deals to banks and lenders for approvals
Work closely with F&I, Sales Managers, and GSM
Monitor and improve:
Lead response time
Appointment show rates
Closing ratios
Gross profit
Train and hold internet sales staff accountable
Ensure clean deal jackets and compliance standards
Follow up with customers through delivery and post-sale
Qualification
Required
Automotive Internet Management experience REQUIRED
Proven desking experience
Direct experience submitting deals to banks/lenders
Strong understanding of credit tiers and lender programs
Strong understanding of deal structure and payment options
Strong understanding of CRM workflows and lead management
Ability to close deals personally
Professional communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Results-driven and process-oriented
Comfortable handling volume and pressure
Knows how to structure deals that get approved
Strong closer with digital sales experience
Team leader, not just a top producer
