GPAC is a small, collaborative law firm in Louisville, Kentucky looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience. The role involves supporting attorneys on commercial real estate transactions, managing title commitments, and coordinating closings.
Responsibilities
Supporting attorneys on commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing
Reviewing and managing title commitments, title policies, and objections
Coordinating closings, due diligence, and post-closing matters
Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
Keeping deals organized, on track, and (mostly) drama-free
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
Strong title work experience (this part is non-negotiable)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple transactions at once
Someone who takes pride in being the calm, capable center of the deal
