Responsibilities
Servicing customer homes within the Phoenix metro area
Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem
Common Job types include:
Maintenance and service repairs
Systems enhancements
System replacement advising
Communicating with customers and vendors
Ordering consumables and maintaining company equipment
Respond to service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems for customers of Emergency Air under warranty
Make emergency repairs as indicated to minimize system defect issues on our clientele
Qualification
Required
3 years of residential HVAC experience
Basic hand tools are required
Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Knowledge of ServiceTitan
NATE certification
EPA Type II Certification
5+ years of residential HVAC experience
Master Heat Pump Certification
Inverter familiarity
