Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at a world-class standard
Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
Personally coaching a small group of students to demonstrate advanced mentoring and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field
Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curriculum frameworks, or training systems
Robust leadership and coaching abilities with demonstrated success in building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Direct experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competence in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement
Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
