Responsibilities
Inspire team to achieve their goals with positive outlook and energy
Maintain open communication with team members, providing updates and asking for feedback
Identify and resolving issues between team members, customers and consignors
Make sure team members stay on track
Monitor team performance
Keep communication open with Store Manager and Team Manager
Team member training
Team Member coaching
Ensure team is adhering to company polices and procedures which includes health and safety practices
Qualification
Required
Retail experience is required
Prior Team Lead or Supervisory experience required
Excellent communication skills
Experience with POS systems
Basic computer skills
Weekend shifts are required
Always be available to work in all areas of the store where needed
This position required standing for long periods of time, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 30lbs
Preferred
Luxury retail is preferred
Knowledge of luxury designer labels a plus
