Office Assistant
Generac is a locally owned team serving the community with electrical, standby generator, and HVAC services. They are looking for a punctual and dependable Office Assistant who can manage customer interactions, schedule service appointments, and utilize internal software effectively.

Responsibilities
Provide an excellent first impression through customer interactions, including managing incoming calls, scheduling service work and appointments, and handling email communications
Utilize internal software, including client relationship management (CRM) systems, and be open to learning new programs
Ensure technicians meet service call targets, conduct regular follow-ups with homeowners, and uphold company values in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Punctual and dependable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Flexible and willing to learn new things as needed
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in customer service
Computer proficiency to coordinate scheduling, dispatch, spreadsheet management, and client relationship management (CRM) software
Preferred
Knowledge of power generation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or utility trades is a plus
