Responsibilities

Help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration

Actively circulate the sales floor to understand each customer’s needs, share the benefits of our loyalty programs, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey from start to finish

Deliver exceptional service, help maintain merchandise standards, support fitting room and sales floor upkeep, and assist with fulfillment to ensure a polished, shop-ready environment

Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact by reviewing sales goals and staying informed about new arrivals and promotions

Focus on the customer by offering a warm welcome and creating friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Share our Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need before ending the interaction with a sincere thank-you

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
