Responsibilities
Overseeing post-LOI landlord engagement: collecting documents, scheduling inspections, establishing access procedures, and executing follow-ups — with complete continuity
Directing internal workflows across Operations, Treasury, and Legal — guaranteeing teams receive precisely what they require for seamless execution
Maintaining live document tracking, organized file structures, and deal progress — providing every stakeholder with one reliable, up-to-date information source
Organizing executive site visit logistics: synchronizing flights, ground transportation, itineraries, and site preparation to optimize each visit's impact
Executing internal real estate gatherings and school openings — confirming that locations, entry, materials, and participants are confirmed and prepared
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-phase logistics in high-velocity environments
Working knowledge of commercial real estate documentation including LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease provisions
Demonstrated capability to build and maintain organized digital filing systems with logical structure and version tracking
Excellent written communication abilities — particularly for professional follow-through and stakeholder correspondence
Verified track record of owning cross-functional initiatives involving numerous stakeholders and outputs
Experience automating or standardizing repetitive processes using foundational tools or systems
Skilled with platforms such as Google Drive, collaborative trackers, scheduling tools, and communication applications
Available to travel up to 50% as required
Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship
