The Outside Sales Representative will focus on providing outstanding customer service while determining customers' home improvement needs and promoting company products and services without the need for cold calling or lead generation.

Responsibilities

Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service
Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed
We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best – selling!
Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Provide best-in-class customer experience
Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

Required

Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
Must be self-motivated and results oriented

Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road!

Preferred

In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
