Praetorian Power Protection is a leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation, seeking a motivated Recruiter to join their team. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system to support staffing needs in the commercial construction and data center sectors.

Responsibilities
Sourcing Support: Proactively identify passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry-specific job boards
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a high-touch experience from first contact to onboarding
Pipeline Building: Assist in maintaining a steady pipeline for Staff Augmentation and project-based staffing needs
ATS Management: Maintain clean and accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System
Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to qualify candidates on basic technical requirements and cultural fit
Qualification
Required
1–2 years in recruiting, HR coordination, or a fast-paced administrative role
A genuine desire to learn the Construction, Engineering, and Mission Critical sectors
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and the ability to quickly master a new ATS
Highly comfortable on the phone; able to build rapport with field technicians and executives alike
Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT)
Preferred
Experience in an agency or staffing firm is a major plus
