Postdoctoral Fellow Computational Biology
Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly motivated Computational Biology Post-Doctoral Fellow to develop and apply advanced multi-omic network and AI/ML models using large-scale human populations. The role involves integrating various types of data and collaborating in a dynamic environment to contribute to translational programs in precision medicine.
Responsibilities
Develop and apply advanced multi-omic network and AI/ML models using large-scale human populations
Integrating genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, imaging, and clinical data using both cloud-based and on-premises high-performance computing resources
Work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment alongside clinician-scientists, statistical geneticists, and functional genomics teams
Opportunities to experimentally validate computational discoveries
Build an independent research trajectory and to collaborate across the international Cleveland Clinic enterprise
Contributing to translational programs in precision medicine, data-driven discovery, and complex disease biology
Qualification
Required
PhD or MD/PhD required
MD with relevant laboratory experience may substitute for PhD
Strong foundation in biostatistics and statistical modeling
Experience integrating genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, imaging, and clinical data
Experience using cloud-based and on-premises high-performance computing resources
