Develop and sustain API connections linking enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across numerous campuses

Create automation workflows that remove manual data handling and scale smoothly as campuses are added

Deliver training to admissions and registrar staff on system capabilities and produce detailed documentation to support uniform processes

Offer prompt technical assistance and convert user insights into practical system enhancements

Required

3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)

Solid data analysis and reconciliation capabilities

Background producing technical documentation and training personnel on system operations

Process optimization and troubleshooting abilities under pressure in operational settings

Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Willingness to work remotely within the United States
