Overseeing hiring and recruiting processes across many departments
Assisting the Human Capital Director in the process of phone screening all candidates
Onboarding new hires
Documentation upkeep
Communication with candidates
Responding to LinkedIn and direct messages
Organization of recruiting platforms
Creating job descriptions
Completing background checks
Seeing the hiring process from start to finish
Email correspondence
New hire checklists
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of recruiting experience or have worked in a professional work setting
Impeccable oral and written communication skills (you need to LOVE being organized and have the ability to effectively communicate with anyone)
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and take a large number of calls daily
Knowledge of Google Drive
Must be a 'Team Player' who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of responsibilities
Passion for the values of Turning Point Action
Must maintain a strong work ethic and be goal-oriented

Preferred
Interest in a long term career in Human Resources or Recruiting
