Responsibilities
Guiding students to establish and reach personal learning objectives, coaching them toward self-directed learning
Delivering focused instruction in social-emotional development and early literacy with support from Reading Specialists
Creating a classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity and perseverance through engaging, hands-on learning activities
Integrating and adopting AI-powered tools to improve educational results, equipping students for a future where technology enhances traditional pedagogy
Working alongside educators and counselors to support each child's distinct path, responding to their individual learning preferences and requirements
Qualification
Required
Available to work onsite at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Tampa, FL; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience working with children ages 4 - 8 years old in educational, afterschool, sports, or comparable environments
Demonstrated capacity to apply a growth mindset and high-performance coaching methods effectively
Confident and eager to utilize AI and other technologies in educational contexts
Authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Preferred
Degree or certification in a field connected to early learning (education, child development, reading intervention, etc.)
Professional certifications or specialized training in early childhood methodologies such as CDA, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia
Background as a K-2 teacher, reading coach, or literacy specialist with formal training or professional development in reading & phonics frameworks
Experience in environments that prioritize personalized learning approaches and educational technology
