Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting and enhancing software and/or data analytics solutions. Tasks involve designing, modifying, developing, testing, configuring and implementing programs, scripts, processes and procedures (or decommissioning the same)

Learns the tools and platforms used by the team; learns and applies the team’s standards and processes; learns and the business area’s processes, applications and objectives; applies analytical skills and consults with others to solve problems; develops sound execution plans to complete tasks and/or solve problems; provides day to day client support as experience and expertise allow; builds relationships within IT; contributes to the team’s success through individual contribution and collaboration

Develops and uses a variety of IT skills across four main disciplines or areas of emphasis: Systems Analysis & Administration, Software Engineering & Development, Project Management & Delivery and Data Analytics & Architecture
