Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable – apply payments to customers account, follow up with unpaid accounts, send out monthly statements and lien waivers
Run weekly completed work order reports, communicate with Account Managers regarding work order status, and billing of the work order in our ERP system
Field calls from field service technicians and create purchase orders as needed
Manage maintenance service spreadsheet to ensure the timely invoicing of maintenance agreements
Address and resolve customer billing issues as needed
Supporting other accounting staff as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Aptitude to learn and adapt quickly to changing technology
Ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Must have good reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
Preferred
2-5 years Accounting experience
Experience in commercial construction
Dispatching experience
