Responsibilities

Managing the complete parent relationship—from initial contact to sustained engagement—for a single campus location

Delivering persuasive information sessions and individualized consultations that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters

Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, strengthening satisfaction, and ensuring every family experiences consistent support following their enrollment in Alpha

Establishing visibility and credibility through regular on-site engagement, local alliances, and targeted community outreach

Mobilizing parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence

Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or are willing to relocate to: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making
