Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and solutions to common challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Prior experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
