Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world-class standards

Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design principles for engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles

Delivering consistent, actionable coaching to Guides that elevates student participation and learning outcomes

Personally coaching a small student cohort to demonstrate expert motivational and instructional techniques

Required

Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas

Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions

Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams

Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings

Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

Legal authorization to work in the United States
