Responsibilities
Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
Examining student performance data to adjust teaching methods and generate meaningful insights
Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated curriculum enabling early elementary learners to reach grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or similar)
Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of these campuses: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
