As a Creative Senior Project Manager - Merchandising, you will lead brand marketing initiatives, managing creative requests from concept to completion to ensure timely and budget-friendly campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize creative requests for seasonal brand marketing initiatives

Oversee and optimize the digital dashboard platform for enhanced user interactions

Plan, coordinate, execute, and project manage local marketing campaigns

Collect, analyze and report on campaign data to measure effectiveness and ROI of creative collateral in market

Present campaign communications and updates to the related teams

Collaborate with vendors, partners, and other third parties to ensure successful project execution

Work in close partnership with the Merchandising Production and Creative teams to enhance the overall success of the projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field required

3+ years of experience in project management, marketing or a related role required

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Diligent project manager, with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on organizational priorities

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience working in the telecommunications industry

Familiarity with project management, marketing tools and platforms

Creative proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

Spanish as a second language is a nice to have
