Responsibilities

Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways
Guide students in developing life skills (grit, resilience, focus, public speaking) in addition to academic objectives
Use AI tools to monitor student progress, customize learning experiences, and personalize instruction
Encourage students to progress in adaptive learning applications and reach ambitious academic goals
Work with a team that is reimagining education for high-achieving learners

Required

Willing to work in-person in Georgetown, Austin, TX
Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily use of generative AI tools in educational settings (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Strong communication and public speaking abilities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
