Plan and facilitate small-group reading instruction for K-2 learners, making phonics engaging, enjoyable, and tailored to individual needs
Adjust teaching approaches on the fly based on student responses, group proficiency levels, and engagement signals
Conduct motivational sessions with students to promote progress in adaptive literacy applications and reach learning milestones
Track student performance metrics from adaptive platforms and apply insights to customize instruction for each group

2+ years of experience providing small-group reading instruction to K-2 students or learners facing reading challenges
Proven capacity to evaluate student reading proficiency and create differentiated lesson plans autonomously
Excited about video games and gaming culture, whether or not you are a gamer
Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
