Responsibilities
Review & sign off on daily receiving batches upon arrival from warehouse
Maintain Arizona Daily Receiving Log
Bi-monthly Receiving Log Audit with Resolution
Number, Audit, Image, File, and Archive Daily Receiving Packets
Identify discrepancies for receive & breaks vs. claims
Process below threshold receive and breaks
Process inventory adjustments
Process code to code movements and layer adjustments after Staff Accountant validation
Log samples received into DC warehouse
Image transfer invoices
Provide BOL to receivers as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Accurate data-entry skills
10 key by touch
Preferred
High School Diploma/GED
Two years general accounting on-the-job or formal education
