The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a maintenance team to ensure the property is safe, beautiful, and fully operational while providing exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property

Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs

Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed

Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software

Maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies

Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team

Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement

Deliver exceptional customer service to residents

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required

Three or more years' hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required

Supervisory experience required

Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software

Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work

Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English

A valid driver's license is required

Preferred

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred. Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire
