Responsibilities
Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify actionable patterns
Working alongside technical teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student engagement patterns within these systems
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
