Responsibilities
Digital Recording of Meetings and Events – Utilize state-of-the-art technology to accurately capture client proceedings (equipment and Training provided)
Processing Digital Information – Gather, organize, and submit client documents with precision and compliance
Travel – Be available to travel within a 3-hour radius (up to 180 miles) of your residence or a Naegeli office (all travel time, mileage, and expenses fully compensated) and all the Hawaiian Islands
Comprehensive Training – Participate in a multi-week training program at our corporate headquarters (travel and accommodations provided)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Office/Administrative Experience
Excellent Typing Skills (Typing test required)
Strong Client Interaction and Professionalism
Exceptional Oral & Written Communication
High Attention to Detail and Strong Organization
Proficiency in Computer Applications
Consistent Work Attendance and Job Longevity
Career-Minded with a Positive Attitude
Professional Appearance and Ability to Represent Our Firm Well
Reliable Vehicle for Travel
Hawaii Certified Notary Public (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Current Notary License a Plus!
