Responsibilities

Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities

1+ years of experience supporting technical projects

1+ years supporting ServiceNow implementations across Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) OR Customer Service Management (CSM)

Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent; along with related out of the box processes

Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications to ensure continued operations and scalability

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in CSM or PSDS
