Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive design, management and continuous enhancement of the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) internal and external websites, portals, digital assets, and platforms (WPDAP)

Provide technical assistance for all Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) internal and external WPDAP leveraging Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataverse), SharePoint, Teams, and supporting tools such as Vantage, Tableau, and Advana

Provide expert guidance in web technologies, data management and visualization, workflow automation, and information security compliance, adhering to cyber security guidelines

Perform SharePoint administration functions managing SharePoint permissions, sites, document libraries, lists, Web Parts, and Templates

Utilize Adobe Suite, Bridge, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom

Design, develop, and support web content with Blogs, RSS/News feeds, audio and video, and social networking services and their associated APIs

Coordinate with business content owners and a variety of content providers, departments, and offices to provide solutions, drafting the final version for publication

Provide input and feedback to content owners and management support on design, aesthetics, and implementation of enriching features and technologies within the Government environment

Perform reviews and audit actions for websites and online content for relevant and timely information, and compliance with regulations and policy

Perform maintenance, administration, and enhancement of websites and web-based services

Design and implement links, to other DOD websites, which comply with DOD and U.S. Army G-6 standards and regulations

Ensure compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards

Required

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field of study; OR five (5) years of Webmaster related experience

A SECRET clearance

Experience in web development and webmaster support utilizing dynamic and static web interfaces using HTML, DHTML, VB Script, Java Scripts, and Cascading Style Sheets

Solid oral and written communications skills

Experience with software assessments, standardization assessments, and configuration topography/site structure assessments

Experience, knowledge and skills regarding Artificial Intelligence. (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Bot creation
