Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for incoming inquiries from Veterans and clinics
Process and monitor orders for medical equipment and supplies such as hearing aids, prosthetic devices, and telehealth equipment
Ensure order accuracy, verify shipping information, and confirm patient eligibility
Guide the clinician through the remote order entry system
Conducting model changes
Device registration
Making serial number changes
Telehealth service entry procedures
Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards and policies
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Strong orientation towards customer service
Experience with report writing and file administration
Request appropriate warehouse supplies
Experience with timecard administration and scheduling
Able to obtain a VA Public Trust clearance
U.S Citizenship is required
Preferred
