Entry, Mid LevelAccion Labs is seeking a Network Field Engineer to support client deployments for software-powered environments across multi-site customer locations. The role involves extensive travel to install, configure, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network infrastructure directly at customer sites.

Responsibilities
Travel to client locations across the East Coast (and occasionally nationwide) for on-site network deployments
Install, configure, and validate Wi-Fi / WLAN infrastructure used by Eleven Software clients
Perform on-site implementation of: Access Points (APs), Gateways / Controllers, Switches, Guest Wi-Fi / captive portal configurations
Coordinate with internal teams and senior engineers during deployments
Stay near client sites during active installation phases (hotel/accommodation provided)
After completing one deployment (ranging from days to a few weeks), move to the next customer location
Perform on-site troubleshooting, testing, and handover to operations/support teams
Maintain basic documentation and deployment checklists
Qualification
Required
Network / Field Engineer with strong Wi-Fi & WLAN experience
Comfortable with frequent travel and on-site work
Experience in installations, deployments, or field engineering (not purely NOC or desk-based)
Hands-on experience with access points, switches, gateways, and guest Wi-Fi
Ability to work independently at customer sites after initial guidance
Preferred
MikroTik experience
Background in hospitality, venues, MSPs, ISPs, or multi-location deployments
