Responsible for identifying qualified low voltage talent and negotiating compensation, benefits, and terms of employment
Source applicants through various methods including social, job boards, researching and referrals
Review resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
Extend offers of employment within company procedures
Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required, associate, or bachelor's degree
3+ years structured cabling recruiting experience required
2+ years experience in candidate sourcing solutions
Good work habits under pressure
High energy level
Detail oriented
Preferred
Staffing agency recruiting experience preferred
