Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Part-Time / PRN Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Wheaton, IL. In this role, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with various neurodiverse needs, developing individualized treatment plans and supporting families.

Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

Providing caregiver education and family support

Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions

Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists

Required

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy

Collaboration skills to work with occupational, physical, and speech therapists

Experience working with children ages 2-6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
