Responsibilities
Maintain an annual billable target of at least 1,500 hours
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with minimal supervision/corrections
Manage the full litigation lifecycle, from matter assignment through trial/appeal or settlement
Focused on title disputes, HOA enforcement, commercial litigation, and landlord matters
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of civil litigation experience
Ohio Bar license in good standing with no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction
Demonstrated experience in Ohio courts (Cuyahoga County preferred)
Strong legal research (LexisNexis AI+) and writing abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite, Clio, and LawMatics and willingness to use Apple/Amazon Alexa
