Responsibilities
Manage accounting for a portfolio of properties across multiple locations
Oversee lease accounting, including rent schedules, reconciliations, and reporting
Maintain fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and disposals
Support month end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
Partner with property management, FP&A, and leadership on reporting and analysis
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of property or real estate accounting experience
Strong background managing lease portfolios and multi site operations
Hands on experience with construction accounting and fixed assets
Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable owning complex accounts
Preferred
NetSuite experience is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
